Does it ever end?

Hubby's appointment with the oncologist was cancelled today and rescheduled for Thursday, but we both had dental appointments this morning.

Hubby hadn't been to a dentist in years (he's English, they don't seem to feel it's necessary to visit dentists on a regular basis) and had to have X-rays taken. His X-ray showed a dark area near his jaw which seemed to worry the dentist - he's been referred to an oral surgeon for further investigation.

And I have that feeling of dread again...
